Highly recommend Orange Auto. Customer service was spot on. No games, no typical car salesman games. I worked with Mr. Wright and he was genuine, personable, and to the point with no games. I was in and out of there quickly and didn’t have to spend the entire day sealing the deal. Orange Auto is AWESOME! Kelly was GREAT! We drove here from Chesapeake so it was a little bit of a drive with traffic, BUT it was worth it and we WILL be back here when looking for my husband a truck! Our paperwork (and Kelly) was ready for us when we got there. Kelly went over the paperwork with us and had my husband and I driving off the lot in our new, great looking, great priced minivan in NO TIME! We WILL recommend Orange Auto to our family & friends along with anyone else looking for a nice, dependable, great priced vehicle.

While looking for a new minivan for my wife, I came across the Orange auto website. They had the perfect van at the perfect price. Our salesman, Kelly answered all our questions and was never pushy. I am honored to be able to write this review. Orange Automotive is the embodiment of excellence customer service. I was in the market for a Truck and this dealership just stood out to me. Kelley was very professional and an easy going guy to discuss my questions with which is very important as a customer since you want to be the most comfortable as possible. Mr.Wright did an excellent job explaining the paperwork process and was very educated with any questions I asked. The owner Sharri was fantastic as she was very friendly and knows how to take care of its customers and ensure that you are getting the best deal. She gave me the keys right away to test drive my dream Truck and respected that. They offer you a reasonable deal for your trade in as well. To top this all off, they are very military friendly and know how to take care of their military members. Overall thank you for taking great care of me and I highly recommend this place to everyone!! My husband saw a Dodge Charger online and he called and spoke to Tara Kelly on October 5th. They discussed the car and he told her we were interested in coming up and possibly buying the car but wouldn't be able to get there until that Saturday, October 8, 2022. She said she would hold the car for us and we scheduled a test drive for 10 am on Saturday when they opened. A man named Kelly who also works there met us and let us test drive the vehicle. Needless to say, we loved it!! The customer service that we were given EXCELLED any customer service we have EVER received! Tara and Kelly were both knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all our questions, and made us feel at home during our purchase! The owner was very helpful as well! We were looking for a car for my son and needless to say he was very surprised to see this car sitting in the driveway when we pulled up! WE ALL LOVE IT! THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE SUCH A MEMORABLE AND PERSONABLE ONE!
